GENERAL INFORMATION

SOLL Leisure is a registered charity that manages wet and dry leisure facilities in Oxfordshire. As a not for profit organisation and Charitable Trust all profits are re-invested back into the service.

JOB PURPOSE

Key responsibilities include:

• Ensuring safety of the public in the swimming pool
• This position will require candidates to have experience of leading a team
• Adhere to site PSOP at all times
• Pool water testing
• Administering first aid
• Maintenance of cleaning throughout the centre
• Setting up equipment for changeovers
• Dealing with enquiries from the public
• Ensure completion of Health & Safety daily checks
• Ensure cleaning schedules are completed each shift to set standards
• Undertake any other duties as reasonably required
• Monthly competency assessment.
