Swim Session Descriptions

50+ Sessions

The perfect time to swim if you are fifty something or more, the pool, spa, steam and sauna are reserved for your exclusive use.

Sauna, Steam, Spa and Swim

Take some time out to relax. These facilities are available during all our casual swim sessions. Age 16+

Fun Swim

A session aimed at adults with children who want to have some fun with mats and inflatable toys.

Disco Swim

A fun swim with floats, mats and music!

Toddler Splash

Fun session with toys and mats.

Parent and Toddler

One hour with a teacher on hand to offer advice, develop water confidence and improve water safety awareness!

Aquacise

An aquatic work out for all abilities. Approx 1 hour long. Age 14+

Family Swim

Price includes 2 adults and up to three children

Children's Safety

Under 8’s – Admissions Policy

Children under the age of 8 must be directly supervised throughout their use of the facilities by a parent or adult (18 or over).

In the Swimming Pool

A maximum of 2 children, under the age of 8, can be supervised by 1 parent or adult.
